★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich gutes angebot. Letztens hat jedoch der bankomat nicht funktioniert, nach erfolgter Zahlung kam kein Beleg raus. Als ich jedoch meinen Code eingab, war alles in ordnung. Die Dame an der Kasse telefonierte daraufhin mit der Chefin, der Buchhaltung und so weiter. Sie erklärte das Problem und obwohl meiner Karte nichts fehlte und auch der bezahlte Betrag bereits für mich nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand, wollte man, dass ich nochmal bezahle, auch sollte ich mit der Buchhaltung telefonieren und man meinte, dies habe sicher nicht funktioniert.
Hat es aber. Nunja ich musste meine Daten dort lassen und wurde gebeten, nochmal zu kommen, um zu bezahlen, sollte es nicht funktioniert haben.
Am nächsten Tag habe ich dann dort angerufen und nachgefragt, wie die Sache aussieht und die Dame (eine andere Mitarbeiterin) meinte, sie hätten schon des öfteren Probleme mit dem bankomat gehabt.
Ich werde dort nicht nochmal einkaufen!
Basically good offer. Recently, however, the ATM did not work and no receipt came out after the payment. However, when I entered my code, everything was fine. The lady at the cash register then phoned the boss, the accounting department and so on. She explained the problem and even though nothing was missing from my card and the amount paid was no longer available to me, they wanted me to pay again, and I should call the accounting department and they said that it certainly did not work.
But it did. Well I had to leave my details there and was asked to come back to pay if it didn't work.
The next day I called there and asked how things were going and the lady (another employee) said that they had had problems with the ATM on several occasions.
I will not shop there again!
