Punkt 2: sofortige Abwicklung bei der Rückzahlung von einer Kaution!! (Vielen vielen lieben Dank!!) Punkt 3: Kostenvoranschlagsrechnungen kommen immer stets pünktlich!! (Dankeschön!!) Punkt 4: Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich zu uns,vor allem in den Öffentlichkeit!! (Herzlichen Dank dafür!!) Verstehen Sie Sarkasmus?? :D Mfg I can highly recommend this real estate office !! J	Jasmin Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Verwaltung die überhaupt NICHTS macht, aber die Betriebskosten schon nach 4 Monaten erhöht!! Seit März wurde nie gemäht, es schaut aus wie im Urwald. Müll wird nicht geholt und und und.. Seit 5 Monaten passiert nichts! Unzählige Anrufe und Mails aber denen interessiert nichts! Wollen nur kassieren. Aber Geld wollen die mehr! PS: Fotos und Videos vorhanden!!!! An administration that does NOTHING at all, but increases the operating costs after 4 months! It has never been mowed since March, it looks like the jungle. Garbage is not picked up and and and .. Nothing happened for 5 months! Countless calls and emails but they don't care! Just want to collect. But they want more money! PS: Photos and videos available !!!!

Mit den 1000 Euro Provision hätte ich sinnvollere Dinge machen können Why hire a real estate office and pay broker's commission if you have to do everything yourself anyway? The real estate agent was not present at a single visit. With the 1000 Euro commission, I could have done more sensible things
E	Eva Janisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr wieder mit diesem Maklerbüro - falsche Informationen am laufenden Band - sogar ein falscher Stromzähler wurde abgelesen, was dann sogar zur Abschaltung geführt hat; ein Rückruf von Fr. Mag. Trausner hat nie erfolgt - auch nicht nach 3 Versuchen - so werden hier zahlende Kunden behandelt! Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich, würde ich meinen!!!! Never again with this broker office - wrong information on the conveyor belt - even an incorrect electricity meter was read, which then even led to a shutdown; Mag. Trausner never called back - not even after 3 attempts - this is how paying customers are treated here! Not exactly customer friendly, I would think !!!!

Haben Fr.Mag.Trausner 8 x angerufen und über willhaben 2 mal angeschrieben , bis jetzt kam nicht mal ein Rückruf . Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt Schade hatten große ‚Interesse an einer Wohnung. If you call that competent broker nah then thank you. Have called Fr.Mag.Trausner 8 times and written to willhaben 2 times, so far there has not even been a callback. I have never experienced anything like that. It is a pity that we were very interested in an apartment.
