Viele der Kunden werden mit ihrem Namen angesprochen. Da merkt man, dass man als Kunde wertgeschätzt und gern gesehen wird.
Es macht richtig Spaß dort einzukaufen und ab und zu (wenn die Zeit es zulässt) auch mal kurz zu plaudern.

Many of the customers are addressed by their name. You can tell that as a customer you are valued and welcomed.
It's really fun to go shopping there and occasionally (if time allows) to have a quick chat.
