Mehrere Bekannte hatten auch schlechte Erfahrungen mit ihr! Eines weiß ich,ich war dort das letzte mal!!! 0 Sterne Was in the tobacco shop this afternoon, unfortunately I have to say that the lady working there is very rude! Wie jeder heutzutage einen Geschäft führen kann mit dieser Einstellung und auch diese Unsauberkeit und Unfreundlichkeit. The worst tobacco shop in Vienna, especially the “manager” who doesn't even understand German, tries to play heroes and says to countless customers “disappear” and “go away”. How everyone can run a business nowadays with this attitude and also this uncleanliness and unfriendliness.
s	sarah posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute am 07.11.2018 dabei wie der Geschäftsführer mit einen Kunden für rein garnichts gestritten hat und zu ihn Verschwinde gesagt hat weil er zu schnell kaufen wollte und keinen Augenkontakt mit den Herren hatte und der Kunde hat gesagt das er sich beschweren wird aber er hat nur gesagt er ist selber Chef und ihn ist das alles egal. Ich habe das eingekauft was ich haben wollte und das ist das letzte mal das ich diese Tabak Trafik besuche weil so ein verhalten gegenüber einen sehr freundlichen Kunden der überhaupt keine Schuld hatte, habe ich nie gesehen. Ich hoffe das irgendwas gemacht werden kann gegen diesen man der nicht mal richtig Deutsch Sprechen könnte. I was there today on November 7th, 2018 when the managing director quarreled with a customer for absolutely nothing and said to him disappear because he wanted to buy too quickly and had no eye contact with the gentlemen and the customer said that he would complain but he did just said he is the boss himself and he doesn't care about anything. I bought what I wanted and this is the last time I visit this tobacco shop because I have never seen such behavior towards a very friendly customer who was not at fault at all. I hope that something can be done against this one who couldn't even speak German properly.

Und das in einem deutlich frechen Ton. Die anderen Mitarbeiter sind nett und die Auswahl ist gut, ich kann die Unfreundlichkeit nicht verstehen... Cheeky and rude employee. Better to leave the money at another tobacconist. As a customer, you don't have to be offered, there is enough choice.

Weiß jetzt wenigtsens, wo ich nicht mehr Zigaretren kaufen werde. The sales lady was very rude and I don't even know why! Ignored my questions and ended up just leaving without buying anything. At least now I know where I won't be buying cigarettes anymore.
