Heute hin zu Tabak Trafik in HIMBERG wo der Chef persönlich war. Die Dame meinte sie hätte mir versehentlich das Falsche gegeben..kann passieren. Als der Chef sah das ein Packerl offen war sagte er es nicht zurücknehmen zu können. Ich sagte das ich nicht rauche und meine Freundin auch keine Cigarillos. Soll ich sie weg schmeißen.. Chef..mir egal was DU damit machst. Schmeiss sie halt weg.. Es kommt bestimmt bald eine zweite Trafik in Himberg und dann denke ich mal das er solchen Aussagen sicherlich überdenkt. So viel zu Kundenservice in Tabak Trafik Himberg. Es geht nur um ein paar Euros...für mich.. After I bought 2 packs of cigarettes for my girlfriend yesterday, she saw after opening that it .. well .. where is the error .. Cigarillos were. Today to the tobacco shop in HIMBERG where the boss was personally. The lady said she accidentally gave me the wrong thing ... can happen. When the boss saw that a packet was open, he said he couldn't take it back. I said that I don't smoke and my girlfriend doesn't smoke either. Should I throw them away .. Boss .. I don't care what YOU do with it. Just throw them away .. There will be a second tobacco shop in Himberg soon and then I think he will certainly reconsider such statements. So much for customer service in Tabak Trafik Himberg. It's just about a few euros ... for me ..
K	Khun Otto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soweit alles OK, jedoch ist der Eingang nicht Barrierefrei! Wenigstens ein Geländer auf der rechten Seite um Leuten die gehbehindert sind das Betreten zu erleichtern. Noch besser wäre natürlich die Stufe abzuflachen! So far everything is OK, but the entrance is not barrier-free! At least one railing on the right side to make it easier for people with walking disabilities to enter. Of course, it would be even better to flatten the step!

Aber man sieht nun auch dass Sie nicht nur unfreundlich sind, sondern auch diskriminierend, und einen Kunden verloren haben. Unfriendly, For your information, I am vaccinated and I wear the mask for your protection, for the protection of my family and of course for self-protection, because vaccinated does not mean that you cannot get it. But you can now see that you are not only unfriendly, but also discriminatory and that you have lost a customer.
