Normalerweise gehe ich in eine Trafik um mit einen Ladebon zu kaufen. Sprich ich halte mich nie länger als zwei Minuten im Geschäft auf. Was jedoch wirklich dreist ist, ist es eine junge Dame hinter die Kasse zu stellen, die scheinbar ihren Job hasst und die Kunden richtig herablassend behandelt. Ich war bereits mehrmals dort und hatte auch öfters mit Bankomatkarte bezahlt. Dieses mal hieß es auf einmal: "Wir akzeptieren nur Barzahlung." Auf meine Nachfrage, warum es den auf einmal nicht mehr möglich ist, bekam ich die Antwort, dass sie nie Bankomatzahlungen akzeptiert hätten. Was soll dann der Aufkleber rechts auf der Glasscheibe mit dem Bankomat Symbol und warum konnte ich in der Vergangenheit mit Karte zahlen? Leute... Ich erwarte mir nicht viel, aber einfach neutral behandelt zu werden ist nicht schwer. Speziell die Aktion mit der Bankomatkasse, hat mir sehr sauer aufgestoßen. --> Weil es in einer anderen Rezension ein Thema war. Ich besitze keine Debitkarte, sondern tatsächlich eine Maestro Karte. (Das Problem mit den Debitkarten Mastercard Debit und Visa Debit ist mir selbst bekannt.) My visit is now a week back to give a meaningful and not emotional rating. Usually I go to a tobacconist to buy a load. Say I never spend more than two minutes in business. But what is really brazen is to put a young lady behind the cash register, who apparently hates her job and treats the customers in a condescending way. I have been there several times and often paid with ATM card. This time it was said: "We only accept cash." At my request, why it is suddenly no longer possible, I got the answer that they had never accepted banknotes. What should then the sticker on the right on the glass with the ATM icon and why I could pay in the past with card? Guys ... I'm not expecting much, but being treated neutrally is not difficult. Especially the action with the cash register, I was very angry. -> Because it was an issue in another review. I do not have a debit card, but actually a Maestro card. (The problem with the debit cards Mastercard Debit and Visa Debit is known to me.)
