Allerdings gibt es bei den Tabak Automaten die von Ihnen in Fischamend verteilt sind zu häufig Probleme mit Zahlungsarten und Retourgeldern. Wenn man telefonisch ein Problem bei den Automaten meldet wird man meistens sehr unfreundlich telefonisch empfangen.. Als Konsument (der nicht Schuld an den technischen Problemen hat) finde ich es nicht in Ordnung wenn man so behandelt wird.. Ps: Konstive Nachbearbeitung! Tobacco shop is in top condition and nicely decorated. However, with the tobacco machines that you distribute in Fischamend there are too often problems with payment methods and returns. If you report a problem to the vending machine over the phone, you will usually receive a very unfriendly phone call .. As a consumer (who is not to blame for the technical problems), I don't think it's okay if you are treated like that .. Ps: constant post-processing!

Lovingly managed and, above all, with lots of loving small gifts, according to the respective festival (Christmas, Easter, etc.), on site.

Mein Kauf beinhaltete eine Jahresvignette und ein Rubbellos mit einer Summe von 95,90€. Ich konnte den Kauf jedoch leider nicht abschließen weil „Ich an dem Einkauf leider nichts verdiene, deshalb kann man nicht mit Bankomat zahlen“, so die Kassiererin. Dass man im Jahr 2021 nicht mit Bankomat zahlen kann und dann auch noch mit so einer Begründung finde ich sehr bedenklich. Daher von mir 1 Stern und sicherlich kein weiterer Besuch. Unfortunately bad experience. When I entered the tobacco shop, I was greeted politely and the service was very friendly and courteous. My purchase included an annual vignette and a scratch card with a total of € 95.90. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the purchase because "Unfortunately, I don't earn anything from the purchase, so you can't pay with an ATM," said the cashier. I find it very questionable that you will not be able to pay with an ATM in 2021 and that you will be able to use such a reason. Therefore 1 star from me and certainly no further visit.
