★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Automat schluckt geld und spuckt nix aus. Verkäuferin sagt kann man nix machen. Letzter 10er vom monat weg. Nie wieder! I hör auf zu rauchen bevor i dort wieder geh.
Machine swallows money and spits nothing. Saleswoman says you can not do anything. Last 10th of the month away. Never again! I stop smoking before i go there again.

A perfect business in terms of service, newspaper and magazine selection. You also get the urge to start smoking again!

Leider wissen sie nicht was sie verkaufen: mir wurde eine Modem-Simkarte (nur Internet) als Handy-Simkarte (Telefon, SMS) verkauft, obwohl ich explizit nach letzterem gefragt hatte. Zurückgeben konnte ich sie natürlich auch nicht, da sie mit dem Kauf bereits aktiviert wird und damit als "gebraucht" gilt.
Bad service ... Unfortunately they don't know what they are selling: I was sold a modem SIM card (Internet only) as a mobile phone SIM card (telephone, SMS), although I had explicitly asked for the latter. Of course, I could not return it either, as it is already activated with the purchase and is therefore considered "used".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier werden für einen 7,50€ Lottoschein kommentarlos 8,00€ verrechnet, sofern man mit Bankomatkarte zahlen möchte. So kann man Kunden natürlich auch vergraulen. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.
For a € 7.50 lottery ticket, € 8.00 will be charged without comment if you want to pay with a debit card. Of course, you can also scare off customers in this way. One star is still too many.
