Erst als ich ging, fragte man, ob ich noch etwas brauchen könnte. Das Angebot für über 10-Jährige ist mager, aber für die Kleinen findet man sicher etwas! In the toy department, looking for a present for an 11-year-old, I was left completely unnoticed for 10 minutes of my intensive search. It was only when I left that they asked if I could use anything else. The offer for over 10-year-olds is meager, but there is sure to be something for the little ones!

Mußte ewig auf die Chefin warten bis ich dann schließlich nicht mehr warten konnte und sagte, ich käme morgen wieder. Am nächsten Tag wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß die Chefin auf einer Messe sei und mir sonst niemand helfen könnte. Ich hätte es zu schätzen gewußt, wenn man mir das am Vortag mitgeteilt hätte, dann hätte ich mir 12 km auf dem Fahrrad bei Minustemperaturen erspart. Very rude treatment of a complaint. Had to wait forever for the boss until finally I couldn't wait any longer and said I'd be back tomorrow. The next day I was told that the boss was at a trade fair and that nobody else could help me. I would have appreciated if I had been told this the day before, it would have saved me 12km on the bike in sub-zero temperatures.
