Meist zu wenig Angestellte. Teils sogar sehr unfreundlich. Überlege zu wechseln??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zweimal dort und zweimal war es für die Katz.Einmal wollte ich eine Tarifänderung bei einem Klax Handy.Hier konnte ich mir selbst besser helfen wir der Berater.Der hätte mir den teureren Tarif angedreht.Gut das ich vorher die Angebote studiert hab.Beim zweiten Mal hat eine Bekannte den falschen Aufladebon (Telring) gekauft.Obwohl Telering und Magenta zusammengehören war es nicht möglich den Beleg zu stornieren und die 10€ rauzugeben
Was twice there and twice it was for the Katz.Einmal I wanted a tariff change with a Klax Handy.Hier I could help myself better we the Berater.Der would have turned me on the more expensive tariff.Gut I've studied the offers before. Beim second time, a friend has the wrong Aufladebon (Telring) bought. Although Telering and Magenta belong together it was not possible to cancel the document and the 10 € raucous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem das WLAN-Modem heute früh den Geist aufgegeben hat und die Chefin nach einem elendslangen Telefonat mit der Service Hotline verzweifelt übbrachte ich es zur Kontrolle zum Magenta-Shop. Der freundliche junge Mann prüfte alles durch und nach nicht einmal 5 Minuten gab er mir ein Ersatzmodem mit. Nun funktioniert alles wieder
After the WLAN modem gave up the ghost this morning and the boss desperate after a miserable phone call with the service hotline, I took it to the Magenta shop for a check. The friendly young man checked everything and after less than 5 minutes he gave me a replacement modem. Now everything works again

Preferably 0 stars. Only one person is present in the shop each time and you have to take a ticket as if you were in Vienna ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute in Ihrem Shop um meinen Vertrag zu kündigen.... Eigentlich eine nicht so schöne Sache aber, bei einrm anderen Anbieter gibt es ein für mich besser passendes Angebot. Fast hätte ich es mir anders überlegt weil die Beraterin... Ihr Name war Christina.... mich so freundlich und kompetent beraten hat... Leider muß ich auch sagen, daß mir das, bei meiner vertragsverlängerung vor ein paar Jahren anders ergangen ist.... Wohl bei dem oben genannten Kollegen....Auf jeden Fall nochmals danke für die freundliche Bedienung... So!!!! kann man es sich für ein anderes Mal überlegen, wieder Kunde bei Ihnen zu werden
Was in your shop today to terminate my contract .... Actually, not a very nice thing, but with another provider there is an offer that suits me better. I almost changed my mind because the consultant ... Her name was Christina .... advised me in such a friendly and competent manner ... Unfortunately, I also have to say that things turned out differently when I renewed my contract a few years ago is .... Probably with the above-mentioned colleague .... In any case, thanks again for the friendly service ... So !!!! you can reconsider becoming a customer of yours another time
