Wollte nur eine kurze technische Auskunft, doch die "nette" Dame bei Synthesa Kematen (08.06.2021) teilte mir mit einem arroganten Ton mit, dass ich nicht bei ihr Anrufen soll und legte auf.
Ich wäre auch zufrieden gewesen, wenn Sie mich auf einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet hätte, doch sie legte einfach ohne Verabschiedung auf.
Noch nie so eine unverschämte Dame kennengelernt :/
Terrible customer advice,
Just wanted a brief technical information, but the "nice" lady at Synthesa Kematen (June 8th, 2021) informed me with an arrogant tone that I shouldn't call her and hung up.
I would also have been satisfied if you had forwarded me to a competent employee, but she simply hung up without saying goodbye.
Never met such an outrageous lady: /
