Alle Arbeiten (zahlreiche elektrische und handbetriebene Rollos wurden installiert) wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung wurde alles perfekt erledigt. Kleine Mängel bei dem angelieferten Material wurden von der Firma selbstständig erkannt und auf eigene Initiative beim Hersteller reklamiert. Als wir uns entschieden, Teile der Umsetzung um ein Jahr zu verschieben kam uns die Firma sogar dahingehend entgegen, dass das ursprüngliche Angebot bestehen blieb. Vorbildlich, so macht man sich treue Kunden! SWS Thiel is definitely worth a recommendation. All work (numerous electric and hand-operated roller blinds were installed) was carried out to our complete satisfaction. From planning to completion everything was done perfectly. Small defects in the delivered material were independently recognized by the company and complained to the manufacturer on its own initiative. When we decided to postpone parts of the implementation by one year, the company even advised us that the original offer remained. Exemplary, that's how you make yourself loyal customers!

Ersatzteil wurde überraschenderweise geliefert (dachte durch Post mit Rechnung oder Selbstabholung), durch einen Techniker dieser Firma und das war es. Auf Anfrage bei Firma (Chef) bzgl. Rechnung kam "Keine Rechnung - das geht in Ordnung so". Großes Lob für diesen Service - gerne wieder This customer service (spare part for 15-year-old shutters) could be a model for many other companies. Spare part was delivered surprisingly (thought by post office with bill or pickup), by a technician of this company and that was it. On request from the company (boss) regarding the bill came "No bill - that's fine so". Great praise for this service - gladly again

PS.: Nach Vereinbarung sollte sich der Monteur,laut Aussage der Chef der FA spätestens innerhalb 1Woche bei uns telefonisch melden ,um den Montagetermin zu fixieren! Nichts desto Trotz dieser,sowie auch kein Mitarbeiter der FA Thiel fand es der Mühe Wert zurückzurufen oder uns über Terminprobleme zu informieren! PS.: Habe mir den Stoff jetzt ausliefern lassen und werden ihn selbst montieren ! Fakt ,diese FA Thiel ist in punkto Verlässlichkeit ihn keiner Weise weiterzuentfehlen !!!!!
