★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab für meine Mutter einen Ring bei einer sehr freundlichen Verkäuferin gekauft. War ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, hab noch extra gefragt, ob ich umtauschen kann, falls er nicht gefällt. Ich bin am ersten Tag nach Weihnachten dann tatsächlich umtauschen gegangen, zwei junge Verkäuferinnen waren da. Haben mich blöd angeglotzt und sehr arrogant gefragt, was denn mit dem Ring nicht passt und dann behauptet, dass ich ihn nicht mehr umtauschen kann. Musste ihnen dann erklären, dass mir versichert wurde, dass das sehr wohl geht. Konnte den Ring dann zwar umtauschen, aber die Verkäuferinnen waren so unsympathisch und arrogant, dass ich dort nicht wieder hingehen will.
I bought a ring for my mother from a very friendly saleswoman. Was a Christmas present, I asked if I can exchange it if I don't like it. I actually went to exchange on the first day after Christmas, two young saleswomen were there. They stared at me stupidly and asked very arrogantly what didn’t fit with the ring and then claimed that I could no longer exchange it. Then had to explain to them that I was assured that it would be fine. I was able to exchange the ring, but the saleswomen were so unsympathetic and arrogant that I don't want to go there again.

Really bad quality. The rings become ugly very quickly and stain the skin green. IMPOSSIBLE!
