And a big thank you to the service manager, Mr. Rosner for the support yesterday morning. I will certainly remain a workshop customer.

Ich habe meine Handynummer eingegeben, plus habe eine Karte bekommen, wenn das Auto verfügbar ist, sie werden mir anrufen. Ok. Ich habe 2-3 Tage wartet, danach Nummer die am Karte war, angerufen. Kein Antwort. Habe noch in nächsten1-2 Tagen probiert, kein Antwort. Ansonst sie waren sehr nett persönlich, so 2 Sterne, und nicht nur 1. We wanted to look / try a swace. At the moment it wasn't available, ok, we weren't able to make an appointment, just jumped in. I entered my cell phone number plus got a card when the car is available they will call me. OK. I waited 2-3 days, then called the number on the card. No reply. I tried in the next 1-2 days, no answer. Otherwise they were very nice personally, so 2 stars, and not just 1.

Plus to test drive the car you could only do a very short trip (10km) as the car they had they wanted to keep as low mileage for resale. You could not take it on the motorway either. Plus the car electrics were broken. Centre console didn't work nor all the internal lights. Didn't inspire confidence in the car or dealer.
