★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte im ersten Halbjahr zwei Fälle von Rollläden, die wegen Materialmüdigkeit Reparatur/Austausch benötigten. Ging beides relativ flott, teilweise verstrichen aber einige Wochen zwischen Besichtigung und Durchführung der Reparatur. Wahrscheinlich wegen force majeure. Während der Zeit fand halt keinerlei Kommunikation statt. Das wäre eventuell ein Punkt, den man verbessern könnte.
Had two cases of roller shutters in the first half of the year that needed repair / replacement due to material fatigue. Both went relatively quickly, but sometimes a few weeks passed between the inspection and the repair. Probably because of force majeure. There was no communication at all during that time. That might be a point that could be improved.
