Aber leider katastrophaler Service.niemand telefonisch erreichbar.das schlechteste Frühstück dass ich je in einem Hotel gegessen habe.
Billigste Salami ,keine Eier , alles verpackt wie vor 30 Jahren im Zug.
Auf plasiktablett serviert.
Die Stadt verpachtet das Objekt.
Bitte dem Pächter mitteilen,dass er kein Monopol ausnutzt.
Schade.
 Fantastic view, beautiful large penthouse room,
But unfortunately catastrophic service. No one could be reached by phone. The worst breakfast that I have ever eaten in a hotel.
Cheapest salami, no eggs, everything packed like 30 years ago on the train.
Served on a plastic tray.
The city leases the property.
Please inform the tenant that he is not exploiting a monopoly.
Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at a executive suite has been an utterly appalling experience. Despite a four star hotel, I would rate it is a two start hotel from our experience.
- No shampoo, conditioner, shower cap or any amenities
- A tiny double size bed in the corner of the room
- No reception. Had to walk around 30 min to get the room key and check in.
- Tissue not neatly placed in a box, runs out after taking out couple of tissues
- Old and worn out room and furniture
- No doors between the living room and the bed room (basically one big studio room)
- We also used the event hall with dinner buffet, but the servers were not polite at all with no sign of hospitality
