Ich wusste zum Glück grob was ich brauchte, ansonsten wäre ich etwas enttäuscht gewesen. Ansonsten nettes Personal und schnelle Bedienung. I would have liked a little more advice. The regulations in Austria may be different from those in Germany. Fortunately, I roughly knew what I needed, otherwise I would have been a little disappointed. Otherwise nice staff and fast service.

Man hat eigtl so gut wie immer eine eher lange Wartezeit, allerdings will ich dies nicht negativ auslegen. Es liegt schlicht weg daran, dass die meisten lieber hier her gehen, als zur Konkurrenz. Trotz der meist langen Warteschlange hinter einem, hat man am Schalter nie das Gefühl, gedrängt zu werden oder dass es besonders schnell gehen muss. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr fleißig und auf Zack, aber es wird sich für jeden Kunden die Zeit genommen, die der Kunde benötigt. Super pharmacy. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You almost always have a long waiting time, but I don't want to interpret this negatively. It's simply because most of them prefer to go here than to the competition. Despite the usually long queue behind you, at the counter you never have the feeling of being rushed or that it has to be particularly fast. The employees are very hardworking and on their toes, but the time that the customer needs is taken for each customer.

Wenn ich dann nach alternativen homöopathischen Mitteln frage, werde ich immer bestens beraten. Wenn man mal richtig krank ist und sich nicht gut fühlt, ist es um so wichtiger, dass man zumindest nette Leute um sich hat. Die Mitarbeiter der Südtiroler Apotheke sind alle ohne Ausnahme immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bestellen auch alles, was sie mal nicht auf Vorrat im Lager deponiert haben. Das ist nicht der Standard, denn ich kenne es auch anders: "Das Medikament haben wir nicht." Damit ist das Thema dann beendet :-( Die Südtiroler Apotheke hat sehr viel Engagement und weiß, wie man ihre Kunden behalten kann. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diesen Anlaufpunkt und möchte alle Mitarbeiter motivieren, weiter auf diesem Kurs zu bleiben. Ihr seid konkurrenzlos in Reutte und es wird euch selbst am glücklichsten machen, eure Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Es ist doch ein schönes Gefühl, abends trotz Härten nach Hause zu kommen mit dem Wissen: Wir haben heute unser Bestes gegeben und unsere Kunden "glücklich" gemacht. Ich jedenfalls werde immer wieder kommen! I rarely get sick and therefore hardly ever need a pharmacy. When I then ask about alternative homeopathic remedies, I always get the best advice. When you are really sick and not feeling well, it is all the more important that you at least have nice people around you. The employees of the South Tyrolean pharmacy are all very friendly and helpful without exception. They also order everything that they have not kept in stock in the warehouse. That's not the standard, because I know it differently: "We don't have the drug." This ends the topic :-( The South Tyrolean pharmacy is very committed and knows how to keep its customers. I am very grateful for this point of contact and would like to motivate all employees to continue on this course. You have no competition in Reutte and it will make you happiest to satisfy your customers. It's a nice feeling to come home in the evening despite the hardship knowing: We gave our best today and made our customers "happy". Anyway, I will always come back!
