★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service, you can’t hear or understand what the staff is saying. They tried to sell us burned bread-rolls and said it was normal. We didn’t accept, and as they didn’t directly offer a solution we just went away. From hygiene point off view: wearing gloves isn’t to protect your hands from getting dirty, but to avoid from cross contamination the food. I know subway is a franchise brand, but I can only advise to close Villach ASAP, because it’s getting worse by the week. It’s filthy, bad service, bad hygiene, don’t speak German, bad personal hygiene, so they can be happy that I still have to reward them with 1 star! Even this star they didn’t deserve....
So if you consider to visit the Subway from Villach, think about the Forrest Gump movie:
Run Forrest, run!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel were really polite, happy with the service. Adored how speedily the service was, will be coming back again. Excellent meal that tastes wonderful nevertheless isn't very overpriced. Don't frequently eat out but if we do, this is the best place for good food at affordable prices. Very interesting menu, looking forward to returning to try some more dishes.

Here the experience is pretty much the same, fresh bread, tasty ingredients and good service.
Small detail being the not so perfect English spoken by the employee, we understood each other anyway so no big deal there.
If you don't want to spend a lot and you are looking for a tasty sandwich with whatever you want in it then this is the place for you.
