N	Natascha Spiegl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann anrufen wann man will es gibt keinen Techniker der zur Verfügung steht, man wird über 4 Wochen vertröstet es geschieht trotz mehrmaligen anrufen rein gar nichts. Gleiche Mitarbeiterinnen streiten ab das sie die gleiche Person ist die bereits vormittags am Telefon war. Sie beklagt sich bei uns das es kein Personal gibt. Lässt einen am Telefon nicht ausreden und wundert bzw. Es ärgert sie wenn man etwas lauter wird das sie endlich zu hört um was es mir geht und schmeisst dann einfach den Hörer auf, hebt bei der gleichen Nummer nicht mehr ab und lässt dann bei der 2. Nummer einen männlichen Kollegen abheben der dann verwundert fragt was es gibt. Den Auftrag den wir entzogen haben interessiert sie gar nicht. Sie sind auf ein Geschäft von ca. 2000-3000 anscheinend gar nicht angewiesen dann haben sie meiner Meinung in einem kleinen Dorf wie Fohnsdorf gar nichts verloren. Meiner Meinung nach haben sie nicht mal einen Stern verdient, da die Wahrheit nicht gesagt wird bzw. Und oder so eine Unordnung herrscht da keiner vom anderen weiss was er tut und genau das macht eine gute Firma normalerweise aus das sind meine eigenen Erfahrungen. Nun haben sie eine Rechnung über 100 Euro gestellt für Nichtstun zumindest steht eine Einschulung für etwas drauf was nie stattgefunden hat. Nachtrag vom 09.01.2020 You can call when you want there is no technician available, you will be put off for 4 weeks, nothing happens despite repeated calls. The same employees deny that she is the same person who was on the phone in the morning. She complains to us that there are no staff. Doesn't let you finish talking on the phone and wonders or it annoys you when you get a little louder that she finally hears what I'm all about and then just throws the receiver off, does not pick up at the same number and then leaves at the 2nd Take off a male colleague who then asks in surprise what there is. They are not interested in the order we have withdrawn. They do not seem to be dependent on a business of approx. 2000-3000 then they have lost nothing in my opinion in a small village like Fohnsdorf. In my opinion, they don't even deserve a star because the truth is not told or and or there is a mess because nobody knows what they are doing and that's what a good company usually does. That's my own experience. Now they have billed a bill for 100 euros for doing nothing, at least there is training for something that has never taken place. Addendum from 09.01.2020
