R	Raphaela Jaudas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein geschultes Betreuungspersonal. Erschreckend welche „Betreuerinnen“ in einen Haushalt geschickt werden, wo ältere Menschen auf Hilfe angewiesen sind. Ohne die tägliche Unterstützung von Familienangehörigen unvorstellbar. Verständigung durch schlechte Sprachkenntnisse kaum möglich. Unfortunately no trained support staff. It is frightening which “carers” are sent to a household where elderly people are dependent on help. Unimaginable without the daily support of family members. Communication due to poor language skills is hardly possible.

Hier eine kurze Aufstellung jener Dinge die wir in den letzten Jahren erfahren haben. Betreuerin ohne Deutschkenntnisse und ohne Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ihrer eigenen Sprache. Betreuerin ist depressiv Betreuerin kann weder kochen noch Medikamente verabreichen Erpressungsversuche in verschiedenen Formen z B. Drohung mit Abreise, Forderung von Schwarzgeld. Betreuerin verbraucht 40 GByte Daten in 2 Tagen. Betreuerin wurde nicht über Demenz aufgeklärt. . .. Ich könnte die Liste noch weiter fortsetzen. Ist man erstmal mit den Abläufen der Agentur vertraut, dann wird klar, dass der Endverbraucher also der Klient derjenige bzw diejenige ist, die hier am wenigsten Einfluss auf das Geschehen hat. Letztendlich ausschlaggebend für meine öffentliche Rezension zu ais ist die Tatsache, dass wir vom 17 Dezember 2021 bis 4. Januar 2022 überhaupt keine Betreuerin hatten und das, obwohl der Wechsel 4 Wochen geplant hätte werden können. Die Agentur verspricht Lösungen, aber leider steht man als Kunde letztlich allein da, so sehr das Bemühen auf der Webseite auch bekundet wird. 2 Sterne , weil die Gebietsbetreuung sich wirklich bemüht und einsetzt. Here is a short list of things we have learned over the last few years. Caregiver with no knowledge of German and no knowledge of spoken and written her own language. Caregiver is depressed Caregiver cannot cook or administer medication Attempts at blackmail in various forms, e.g. threats of departure, demands for black money. Caregiver uses 40GB of data in 2 days. Caregiver was not informed about dementia. . .. I could go on and on with the list. Once you are familiar with the agency's processes, it becomes clear that the end consumer, i.e. the client, is the one who has the least influence on what is happening here. Ultimately, the decisive factor for my public review of ais is the fact that from December 17, 2021 to January 4, 2022 we had no supervisor at all, even though the change could have been planned 4 weeks. The agency promises solutions, but unfortunately the customer is ultimately alone, no matter how much effort is expressed on the website. 2 stars because the area support really tries and uses.
P	Pension Acherkogelblick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben seit fünf Monaten Betreuerinnen der Firma AIS. Meine Mutter ist erkrankt an Demenz und noch dazu der aggressiven Form davon. Ich kann nur sagen dass unsere Betreuerin Frau Mark Alexandra immer da war, war es in ihrer Dienstzeit oder auch außerhalb ich könnte nichts negatives sagen. Wir hatten auch innerhalb der Famlie Probleme bei der sie als neutraler Beteiligter immer bemüht war hier eine Lösung zu finden. Dass wir noch kein Rad von zwei Betreuern gefunden haben liegt aber innerhalb der Familie und nicht an der Firma AIS. Aber ich hoffe auch dies wird uns in Zukunft gelingen. Danke an das Team We have had supervisors from the company AIS for five months. My mother has dementia and the aggressive form of it. I can only say that our supervisor, Ms. Mark Alexandra, was always there, whether it was during her working hours or outside of it. I couldn't say anything negative. We also had problems within the family where, as a neutral participant, she always tried to find a solution. The fact that we have not yet found a bike from two supervisors is due to the family and not to the AIS company. But I hope we will be able to do this in the future. Thanks to the team
