Unfortunately there is no rating because no one can be reached by email nor is there a response to voice messages from the answering machine !!

M	Manfred Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv keine Empfehlung. Ich versuche es kurz zu halten: Ich entschied mich für dieses Heim, da es zu den modernsten in Krems gehört. War eine Fehlentscheidung. Man ist großteils unter sich und trifft andere Studenten höchstens beim Eingang oder in der Küche, da es nicht wirklich einen privaten Gruppenraum mit Couch und Fernseher gibt (Es gibt zwar einen Fernseher am Gang, jedoch geht bei dieser unkomfortablen Umgebung lieber jeder in sein Zimmer). Hinzu kommt, dass die Heimleitung absolut desaströs ist. Am Anfang scheint der Eindruck nett, jedoch wenn man unter dem Jahr was braucht stoßt man meistens auf Negativität. Etwaige Anliegen werden oft nur mühselig angenommen. Das größte Manko liegt meines Erachtens in der Organisation. Während der gesamten Coronazeit kam nicht eine (!) Email seitens der Stuwo AG, wie im Heim selbst damit umgegangen wird. Dafür hängen 3 Zettel beim Eingang, wo steht, dass man das Heim gar nicht betreten darf. Nach 3h Autofahrt, um seine restlichen Sachen abzuholen, ist dies natürlich besonders amüsant. Zusätzlich wird man vom Heimleiter wortwörtlich "zusammengeschissen", was man denn hier zu suchen habe und, Zitat: "Aktuelle nicht-Bewohner des Heims das Haus nicht betreten dürfen." - 20min später kommt er mit seinem Kind raus und bricht somit seine eigenen Regeln - Ohne Worte Wenn du das Studentenleben genießen willst, empfehle ich eindeutig das Studentenheim Kolping mehr. Am besten empfiehlt sich jedoch eine WG, hier spart man sich Geld, Nerven und Einsamkeit. Zum Abschluss empfehle ich der Stuwo AG ihre Werte zu überdenken und zu überarbeiten (Vor allem den Punkt "Respekt" sah ich nicht einmal während des gesamten Aufenthalts), danke. Definitely not a recommendation. I try to keep it short: I chose this home because it is one of the most modern in Krems. It was a wrong decision. You are mostly among yourself and only meet other students at the entrance or in the kitchen, as there is not really a private group room with a couch and TV (there is a TV in the corridor, but in this uncomfortable environment everyone prefers to go to their room) . In addition, the management of the home is absolutely disastrous. At the beginning the impression seems nice, but if you need something during the year you usually come across negativity. Any concerns are often accepted with great difficulty. In my opinion, the biggest shortcoming lies in the organization. During the entire Corona period, there was not one (!) Email from Stuwo AG about how it is being handled in the home itself. There are 3 pieces of paper hanging at the entrance stating that you are not allowed to enter the home. After a 3 hour drive to pick up the rest of your belongings, this is of course particularly amusing. In addition, the director of the home literally "picks you up" what you are looking for here and, quote: "Current non-residents of the home are not allowed to enter the house." - 20 minutes later he comes out with his child and breaks his own rules - without words If you want to enjoy student life, I definitely recommend the Kolping dormitory more. The best thing to do, however, is to share a flat, as it saves money, nerves and loneliness. Finally, I recommend that Stuwo AG reconsider and revise its values (I did not even see the point "Respect" during the entire stay), thank you.
