W	Wolfgang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Studentenheim, ruhig und in super Lage. Das historische Tor zur Kremser Altstadt ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. In der Altstadt gibts die IMC Fachhochschule in der Piaristengasse, und viele Lokale, Geschäfte, Fußgängerzone und stimmungsvolle alte Gassen und Häuser. In der anderen Richtung vom Heim aus erreicht man den IMC Campus und die Donau-Universität, auch nicht weit zu Fuß. In Krems beginnt auch die berühmte Donau-Landschaft Wachau, die Weltkulturerbe ist. Super Natur zum Wandern, Radfahren, Entspannen, mit eindrucksvollen Ausblicken auf die Donau und steile Weinhänge. Nice dormitory, quiet and in a great location. The historic gate to the old town of Krems is only 100 meters away. In the old town there is the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Piaristengasse, and many bars, shops, pedestrian zones and atmospheric old streets and houses. In the other direction from the home you can reach the IMC campus and the Danube University, not far on foot. The famous Wachau Danube landscape, which is a World Heritage Site, also begins in Krems. Great nature for hiking, cycling, relaxing, with impressive views of the Danube and steep vineyards.

The train station is 15 minutes walking and there are several pharmacies, stores, cafes and bars nearby the building. The service is excelent and the landloard provides nice communication and support.

I recommend this dorm because it's located just in the city center of Krems, universities like IMC and Danube University are located just 15 mins away from the dorm. One more benefit is that all the cafes and shops are just a few minutes away along Obere Landstraße street. Moreover, if you need to withdraw money there is an ATM by Austria Bank with a friendly staff that is always there for you. There are single and double rooms, rooms are fully furnished and breakfast and cleaning services are included in your bill. There are pillows and duvets for you as well. Just get your own bed cover for that. There is an oven and microwave, along with the electric stove, so cooking is not a problem. There is a kitchen on each floor. Enjoy!

It was easy for me to get to the train station(10 min walking), to several major grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies, and 10 minutes walking to the Danube river, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable. The facilities in the residence were well maintained and convenient to use. The residence manger Renate was really helpful, organized and supportive. I recommend Ojab for anyone who is looking for a cozy place in Krems.

The location is ideal for any student studying at the IMC FH Krems, as it is situated comfortably between the main campus and Piaristengasse. The rooms may look small but don't let the size fool you! There is plenty of space and more than enough storage room.
