Position ist ganz gut, ungef. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum. das einzige Problem ist das Lärm (Morgens Ladetätigkeiten , manchmal Zug). Mich hat es nicht gestört weil ich keine Schlafprobleme habe und sowieso immer früh aufgestanden bin. Das ist nur im Sommer bei großer Hitze ein Problem, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen will. Ist das Fenster zu, hört man nix. Highly recommended. Everything was very clean and in order. Position is quite good, approx. 5 minutes walk from the center. the only problem is the noise (in the morning loading, sometimes train). It did not bother me because I have no sleep problems and always got up early anyway. This is a problem only in summer when the heat is high, if you want to sleep with the windows open. If the window is closed, you can not hear anything.

Ein echt tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Although I have not been a student myself for some time, I have looked at the student house myself and have to say that the facilities and the location of the FH really are very good. A really great value for money. Can just be recommended.

Sollte es Probleme geben, steht der Vermieter schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite Very clean place to stay. The property is cleaned at least once a week. The equipment of the rooms and the kitchens is fine. Should there be any problems, the landlord will be happy to provide advice and assistance
M	Michael Pilgram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spitzen Wohnung auch außerhalb der Studienzeit. Modern eingerichtet und auch alle Möbel (sowie die Küche) sind in wirklich gutem Zustand. Sollte es dennoch einmal Probleme geben, zeigte sich der Vermieter immer als sehr hilfsbereit und half das Problem umgehend aus der Welt zu schaffen. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt an jeden weiterempfehlen. Great apartment even outside of college. Modern furnishings and all furniture (as well as the kitchen) are in really good condition. Should there still be problems, the landlord was always very helpful and helped to get rid of the problem immediately. I can really recommend the apartment to everyone.

Der Eigentümer ist super zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, sowohl das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als auch die Lage und das Studentenhaus an sich! Have lived here for a month without any problems. The rooms are very modern and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The owner is super reliable and helpful. All in all, highly recommended, both the value for money as well as the location and the student house itself!
