★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's renovation in 2016, Strombucht is the nicest place for young couples to enjoy swimming and some sunbathing. Not a family place, so not recommended for young children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narrow place, squeezed between private properties and those destined exclusively to various public bodies, such as police or road service. No feeling of being in the nature. Any access/parking difficult to impossible. Including for cyclists. Exiting the location by bike is so bad, that cyclists can hardly avoid entering freeway!! In conclusion: in total contradiction to Vienna's philosophy of high quality life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet and set back location. The water is quiet too, clean and good water quality. I was able to see the ground. It's easily deep enough to swim, but still somewhat shallow.
Good entry to the water, clean grass area to chill and dry after a swim. I suggest going there by bike, and to bring some snacks and drinks :)
