Dry, clean, heated and even under video surveillance. The nice employee took good care of me and my things are safely stored here. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. I hired a box to use for one week while I was visiting Vienna and then closed the account and waited for my deposit to be refunded. They kept charging me every month and sending me invoices for using the storebox, even though I cancelled it and wasn't even in the country. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives about this and never got replies. After 6 months they told me they will refund my security deposit of 60 euros if I pay all the outstanding invoices (total over 200 euros) even though I cancelled it back in July (it is now February). Unprofessional.
