About the Kumpir, I am happy that they offer it on their menu, as it is not easy to find in Vienna, but those guys should make a visit in Hamburg or Berlin where the Kumpirs are waaay tastier. Here: The potato was served cold, it looked like it came from the micro-wave and not straight from the oven. The selection of products wasn't great neither. I hope they'll take these things into consideration. Making delicious Kumpir is not too difficult. Besides that, the staff was ok.

As someone who typically prefers pancakes, I thought this style of waffle was better and easier to eat. However, where my review falls flat is the environment and service side of things. Unsure if it's because of a cultural difference, but there was a lot of things that irritated my friends and I. To begin with, our food took over an hour to arrive after our order was placed. Drinks were served fairly quickly, but isn't enough to hold over people who come in wanting to eat fairly soonish. A lot of us in our group are patient, but begun to lose our patience as people who walked in -after- us would receive their food first. They seem to prioritize smaller orders first instead of my group of six. Even after the long wait, our food was given to us individually instead of all at once. Also, my personal food was not exactly what I ordered. Other annoyances? Music was generic and loud. Waiters didn't check in on us at all, whether to offer refills or ask if we wanted anything else. Or perhaps explain the reason for the wait? There seem to be a decent amount of reviews that address this issue. Strange to me.
C	Cloud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was six of us. First they make us figure out how to order on their tablet which had issues and reset so we had to order everything again. Two separate tables have walked in, eaten and left before five of the six of us got served. Five of us sat and watched our sixth eat an entire meal before the rest of us got served. And even then, after an hour+ since we walked in, waiting for WAFFLES, watching our friend finish his meal and other tables walk in, get served, pay and leave, we weren't served at the same time. It was one by one. The waffles are Austrian style so if you like soft, delicate, almost soggy and lukewarm you'll love it. The other food looked delicious. Their cold drinks are great. But mcdonalds would have been a better idea. They never even came to check if we were doing okay, wanted refills or anything. I'd get better service from my left hand and a toaster.

A girl who was making it, told me that they are out of them, and I have to eat the one that she gave me. I was hungry so I kept it, bit it was terrible, dry on the outside, and row inside, the pineapple topping was only tasteless middle part of the pineapple. Oreo wasn't even the real oreo, it was some cheap store brand cookie. Caramel shake was totally without caramel in it. In the end they tried to charge me more for the pink waffle although I didn't get it. Just terrible experience, stay out of this place.
