★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war neulich im stoffwechselinstitut und habe die salz lounge ausprobiert. meine atemwege und immunsystem zu stärken ist mir in zeiten wie diesen einfach wichtig. die sitzung in der salzlounge war sehr fein, der ausblick auf die nordkette ist grandios, das personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
 was recently in the metabolic institute and tried the salt lounge. Strengthening my airways and immune system is simply important to me in times like these. the meeting in the salt lounge was very fine, the view of the north chain is terrific, the staff was very accommodating.

Seit Jänner 2021 habe ich bisher 17kg verloren aber enorm ab Lebensqualität gewonnen. Auch mein „Buddy“ war dabei und hat noch bessere Ergebnisse erzielt. Vielen Dank Jens, ich bin überwältigt ??????
I am infinitely grateful to the team at the Innsbruck Metabolism Institute for the tools they put into my hands. Since January 2021 I have lost 17kg so far but gained a lot in terms of quality of life. My "buddy" was there too and achieved even better results. Thank you Jens, I'm overwhelmed ??????

Ich bin nicht krank oder übergewichtig aber ich will mit 55 genau wissen wie ich meine Leistungsfähigkeit erhalten und steigern und meine Lebensqualität erhalten kann. Dazu bin ich hier bei diesen ganzheitlichen Ansatz genau richtig!
Very impressive! Super professional. Ask a lot of questions my doctor has never asked. I am not sick or overweight, but at 55 I want to know exactly how I can maintain and improve my performance and maintain my quality of life. I am exactly right here with this holistic approach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ins SWI Innsbruck zu gehen, war mitunter eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens! Man wird extrem herzlich empfangen und betreut. Es geht nicht nur um eine reine Ernährungsumstellung, sondern um die ganzheitliche Betrachtung des jeweiligen Stoffwechselproblems (mental, bewegungstechnisch, ernährungstechnisch). Nicht nur, dass ich endlich meine 5 kg, die ich zu viel hatte, abgenommen habe - auch meine Lebensqualität hat sich durch die Behandlungen dort (IHHT und Kältekammer, mentales Coaching) enorm verbessert. Ich bin wieder voller Energie, kann durchschlafen und meine sportliche Leistung hat sich auch gesteigert. Und das Beste: alles, was man dort lernt, kann man ohne Probleme in den Alltag integrieren und ein Leben lang davon "zehren"!

Going to SWI Innsbruck was one of the best decisions of my life! You will be welcomed and looked after extremely warmly. It is not just about a pure change in diet, but about the holistic consideration of the respective metabolic problem (mental, physical, nutritional). Not only have I finally lost my 5 kg, which I had too much - my quality of life has also improved enormously through the treatments there (IHHT and cold chamber, mental coaching). I am full of energy again, can sleep through the night and my athletic performance has also improved. And best of all: everything you learn there can be integrated into everyday life without any problems and "draw on" it for a lifetime!
Clear recommendation on my part! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich dort einer komplett Untersuchung unterzogen und bin echt absolut zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen sind nicht nur kompetent sondern auch absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist auf dem neusten Stand der Technik. Habe auf Basis der Untersuchungsergebnisse diverse Maßnahmen ergriffen (auch diese wurden vom SWI empfohlen) die mein Wohlbefinden auf ein neues Level gebracht und mit meiner Autoimmunkrankheit geholfen haben. Absolute Empfehlung.
I underwent a complete examination there and am really absolutely satisfied. The employees are not only competent but also absolutely nice and courteous. The facility is state of the art. Based on the results of the examination, I took various measures (these were also recommended by SWI) that took my well-being to a new level and helped with my autoimmune disease. Absolute recommendation.
