Competent and friendly doctor and meanwhile also very pleasant, friendly and dedicated team of nurses and assistants.

Very friendly and competent advice from both the 2 ladies at the reception and the doctor himself. Always very satisfied. to recommend !!!

Nicht zu empfehlen für Mütter und Väter die selber denken und nicht alles wortlos hinnehmen, was ein Arzt empfiehlt Nice practice and very nice assistants. K	Konrad Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Die Türe klemmt und wir dachten sie ist versperrt. Nach mehrmaligem Läuten im 5min Abstand hat irgendwann ein Patient die Türe geöffnet. Das Läuten war zu hören, und die Dame an der Rezeption hat nur geschnautzt man soll halt Türen auch benutzen. Wegen Corona ist pro Kind ein Erwachsener erlaubt, und wir mit unseren Zwillingen (einer hatte einen Termin, der andere eine verstopfte Nase) kamen zu zweit. Die Dame ist sofort eskaliert und hat nicht zur Kenntnis genommen, dass es zwei unabhängige Patienten sind und hat einen Elternteil sowie den Zwilling ohne Termin prompt der Praxis verwiesen. Es war aufgrund der eskalierten Person unmöglich, den Sachverhalt zu klären. Es ist bedauerlich, dass die Emotion einer Angestellten zu einer ungerechtfertigten Abweisung eines Patienten geführt hat. Very rude lady at the front desk. The door is stuck and we thought it was locked. After ringing the bell several times every 5 minutes, a patient opened the door at some point. The bell could be heard, and the lady at the reception only snorted you should just use the doors. Because of Corona, one adult is allowed per child, and we and our twins (one had an appointment, the other a stuffy nose) came in pairs. The lady immediately escalated and did not notice that there were two independent patients and promptly referred a parent and the twin to the practice without an appointment. It was impossible to clarify the matter due to the escalated person. It is unfortunate that an employee's emotion resulted in an unjustified rejection of a patient.
T	Ta Pix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sind seit nun über 4 jahren patienten und sind sehr zufrieden. meine kinder werden immer mit viel gefühl und geduld behandelt und gehen immer gerne hin. offene fragen und sorgen wurden bzw. werden auch mal außerhalb der öffnungszeiten beantwortet. have been patients for over 4 years now and are very satisfied. my children are always treated with great care and patience and they always like to go there. Open questions and concerns were or will be answered outside of the opening hours.
