★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1, cosily designed rooms, towels provided, nice view and location, TV, high water pressure, no problem with warm water, central heating
2, neither wardrobe nor hangers in the rooms, only shelves and 4 nails as hooks, a hair dryer on request, hangers at the fire place in the dinning area
3, malfunctioning/ mostly out of order WiFi,
4, basic breakfast (low-content-meat hams, sliced cheese, vegetables, bread and white buns, either sausages or eggs, cornflakes, butter, milk, lower quality coffee, tea, nut spread, jam, no fruit, no yoghurt...), pretty basic canteen-like dinner, regular menu - mainly fried meals (chips + schnitzel, ....)
5, loud music from the speakers mounted on the exterior around bedrooms' windows
6, good communication via email; English, German and Slovak speaking staff, replies within few hours
7, due to the wooden walls, you may hear your neighbours blowing their nose or worse
8, the first floor hallway/ assembly room is (un)furnished by a misfitting sofa - insufficient seating area is lit by a blinding halogen lamp
9, room doors are difficult or impossible to close, same with the main entrance door, needed to be slammed so bangs and shakes occur often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big disappointment. Extremely slow and chaotic service. After having begged for taking our order, we ultimately received our meals something like 50 minutes from arrival. The meals were average. The experience ended with a bill containing items different from those ordered, although this was clearly unintentional. But ultimately, most people do not want to spend here 40 percent of their paid piste time. Look for other options in the ski resort.
