Dann habe ich es abgeholt und es wurde erstens ein anderer Stoff verwendet als vereinbart und die Verarbeitung war grauenhaft. Der ursprüngliche Saum wurde nicht aufgetrennt sondern der neue Stoff einfach unten dran genäht, sodass ca 1cm Stoff lose über dem neuen Stoff abstand. Und die Naht-Abschlüsse seitlich waren nicht korrekt. Es wurde einfach in der Mitte (vorne noch dazu) eine Naht gemacht. Ich ging sofort zu einem anderen Schneider dieser meinte auch es sei eine Katastrophe. Ich kann nur jedem abraten etwas dort machen zu lassen wenn man vor hat das Kleidungsstück dann tatsächlich zu tragen. 5 Euro wurden mir nachgelassen auf Reklamation hin - für das untragbare Ergebnis habe ich dennoch viel zu viel bezahlt. I brought a dress to extend it. Then I picked it up and firstly a different fabric was used than agreed and the processing was horrible. The original hem was not cut open but the new fabric was simply sewn on the bottom, so that approx. 1 cm of fabric was loosely above the new fabric. And the side seams were not correct. A seam was simply made in the middle (in addition at the front). I immediately went to another tailor who also said it was a disaster. I can only advise everyone to have something done there if you intend to actually wear the garment. 5 euros were dropped for complaints - but I paid far too much for the intolerable result.

Habe bereits 4 Anzüge ändern lassen (Armlängen kürzen, Bund erweitern und Nackenfalte entfernen) - das Resultat war immer ein perfekt sitzender Anzug :-) Komme immer gerne wieder und kann das Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen! Great service and really fast implementation! Have already changed 4 suits (shorten arm lengths, extend waistband and remove neck pleat) - the result was always a perfectly fitting suit :-) Always come back and can only recommend the business!

Keine richtigen Schneider wie die die Vorhänge geschnitten haben war wirklich unglaublich das hätte ich dahheim mit einem 20€ Nähmaschine besser geschafft 2. Haben den falschen Stoff verwendet 3. Für Reklamation haben die 1Monat warten lasse weil die zu viel „Stress“ hatten und haben gemeint ja ich solls währendessen verwenden 4. am schluss ja super die vorhänge haben gebrausspuren und meinten ja nehmen wir doch nicht zurück oder du zahlst es lasst euch nicht von der positiven erscheinungsbild irritieren Real disaster 1. No real tailors as they cut the curtains was really unbelievable I could have done better at home with a 20€ sewing machine 2. Used the wrong fabric 3. They waited 1 month for a complaint because they had too much "stress" and said yes, I should use it during meals 4. in the end yes great the curtains have traces of use and said yes we won't take them back or you pay for it don't let the positive appearance irritate you
