Wir sind heute extra eine halbe Stunde von unserem Hotel hierher gefahren, um Wein zu kaufen. Leider ließ man uns die Weine (ausgenommen des Messweins) NICHT probieren - die Begründung war, dass man aktuell in der Nebensaison wäre. Wenn wir in einen Weinkeller fahren, kaufen wir im Schnitt zwischen 60 und 90 Flaschen (verschiedene Sorten) - wenn man uns jedoch nicht kosten lässt, hat sich der Einlauf damit natürlich erledigt. Wir haben dann, um nicht ganz umsonst hierher gefahren zu sein, einen Karton Messwein gekauft - diesen mussten wir dann auch noch bar zahlen, obwohl ein EC-Terminal auf der Theke stand! Naja, hier greift für mich der alte Spruch: „Wer nicht will, der hat schon!“ Wenn ich dem Kunden nicht ermögliche, die Weine zu probieren, sollte ich am besten den Laden gleich schließen und erst in der Saison aufmachen - niemand möchte schließlich die Katze im Sack kaufen! In itself a nice little wine cellar, but unfortunately a very bad service! We drove here for half an hour from our hotel to buy wine. Unfortunately we were not allowed to try the wines (except for the measuring wine) - the reason was that one was currently in the off-season. When we go to a wine cellar, we buy between 60 and 90 bottles (different types) on average - but if you don't let us taste it, the enema is of course done. In order not to go here for nothing, we bought a box of wine for the measurement - we had to pay for it in cash, even though there was an EC terminal on the counter! Well, here the old saying comes into play for me: “If you don't want to, you already have it!” If I don't allow the customer to try the wines, the best thing to do is to close the shop right away and only open it in season - after all, nobody wants to buy a pig in a poke!
