Waren tolle Fotos, obwohl man bei Passfotos ja nicht lachen darf. Danke I had to renew my passport and identity card. Chris helped promptly, so I had the new passport photos within half an hour. Were great photos, although one must not laugh at passport photos. Thank you

Er hat sich einfach entschieden mich nicht zu bedienen und einfach nicht mehr zu antworten. Noch schlimmer mir am Telefon zu sagen, er sei gerade beschäftigt, meldet sich aber, mit dem Wissen es nicht zu tun. Dafür gibt ein Begriff. Die, die gut sind Herr Hofer muss man nicht zum 84. mal mit 5 Sternen bewerten, die die sich die 3 Bewertungen abgesprochen zulegen gehören auch mal richtig bewertet. Ich kann Ihnen nur raten ehrlich mit Ihren Kunden umzugehen. ------------------------------------------------------------- Hat mich völlig ignoriert. Darauf bin ich erst gekommen als ich die entsprechende Rezension geschrieben habe und innerhalb von 24h hat er mich angeschrieben ohne jeglicher Einsicht und er hätte ja äh keine Zeit gehabt, obwohl er mir beim ersten Telefonat sagte dass mein Hochzeitstermin in Ordnung geht. Eigentlich müsste es eine NULL geben, denn obwohl ich Ihn engagiert hätte, hat er bewusst und mit voller Absicht mein Vorhaben ignoriert bis 2 Wochen vor dem Termin. Ich finde das respektlos. Wahrscheinlich habe ich ihm das Gefühl gegeben nicht ausreichend zu bezahlen. Ich bin Ingenieur und kann mir, scheinbar auch überteuerten Fotografen leisten. Chris nahm sich viel Zeit und verstand es, uns in dieser ungewohnten Situation zu entspannen.
