Gerne wieder! First I was given competent advice (new external door in the old building), then the assembly took place on time and quickly, all deadlines were reliably met! Gladly again!

Ein Verkäufer, der mit einem Kunden beschäftigt war, aber mich gesehen hatte, befand es nicht für nötig, eventuell einen Kollegen für 'nen wartenden Kunden zu holen. Als nach einer geschlagenen Weile endlich wer vorbeikam, beschrieb ich was ich wollte. Ich bin enttäuscht, wenn man als Kunde STÄNDIG erklären muss, was ein Swisspacer (an u für sich qualitativste Form der warmen Kante) ist. Solche Begriffe muss man als Fensterbauer/verkäufer kennen! (war bisher nur bei Wimmer der Fall) Man versicherte mir, dass man den Preis für mein Fenster (ich brauchte nur 1) berechnet u mich anruft. Nichts mehr v ihnen gehört. Dazu muss ich sagen, bei 1 Fenster sollte eine Preisnennung innerhalb weniger Minuten mögl sein..War wohl zu unlukrativ für sie... schade... When, after a beat, someone finally came over, I described what I wanted. I am disappointed when, as a customer, you constantly have to explain what a Swisspacer is (in itself the most qualitative form of the warm edge). You have to know such terms as a window builder / seller! (So far this was only the case with Wimmer) I was assured that the price for my window (I only needed 1) was calculated and I called. Nothing more belongs to them. I have to say, with 1 window, a quotation should be possible within a few minutes .. Was probably too unlucrative for them ... too bad ...
