Die Auflösung hat mir in der Vorschau auch nicht recht gefallen, aber ich dachte, das geht halt nicht besser. 10 Minuten später ruft die Firma Just an um mir mitzuteilen, dass die Auflösung nicht optimal funktioniert hat und ob ich ihnen das original Logo schicken könnte. Ich hab das sofort gemacht, die nette Dame von Just blieb noch am Apparat und hat zwei Minuten später noch mit der Grafikerin geklärt, ob sie das Logo optimieren kann, was sie mir dann auch gleich noch am Telefon bestätigt hat. Am nächsten Tag um 11 Uhr habe ich den fertigen Stempel abgeholt und war überrascht über die gute Qualität des doch sehr verkleinerten Logos. Zusammenfassend: selten so ein bemühtes, freundliches und kompetentes Service erlebt - vielen Dank und jederzeit wieder! Sensational service and perfect quality !!! I ordered a stamp with a logo online on Thursday at 4 p.m. I didn't really like the resolution in the preview, but I thought it couldn't be better. 10 minutes later, the Just company called to tell me that the resolution hadn't worked optimally and whether I could send them the original logo. I did it straight away, the nice lady from Just stayed on the line and two minutes later she clarified with the graphic designer whether she could optimize the logo, which she then confirmed to me on the phone. The next day at 11 a.m. I picked up the finished stamp and was surprised at the good quality of the very small logo. In summary: rarely experienced such an endeavored, friendly and competent service - thank you and again at any time!
