Der Stempel wurde per GLS geliefert, aber der GLS-Shop war wegen Weihnachten überfordert, und darum wanderte das Paket zu einem anderen Abhol-Shop bevor, ich es abholen konnte. Stempelfabrik hat gleich eine Sendungsverfolgung gemacht. Stempel, Kissen und Textplatte einwandfrei. Neue Textplatte wurde mit Handschuh (zum selber wechseln) geliefert. Anleitungen dazu findet man an auf YouTube. Ging sehr einfach, die Trodat Textplatte zu wechseln. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Very friendly customer service who reacts quickly to delivery problems. The stamp was delivered by GLS, but the GLS shop was overwhelmed by Christmas, so the package went to another pick-up shop before I could pick it up. Stempelfabrik immediately made a shipment tracking. Stamp, cushion and text plate perfect. New text plate was delivered with gloves (to change yourself). Instructions can be found on YouTube. It was very easy to change the Trodat text plate. Overall very good value for money.

Habe erneut bestellt, Antwort kam schnell und freundlich. Diese Firma kann ich nur empfehlen! Weiter so! Last year (2020) we ordered two stamps with a logo (the ones with 6 lines) from the company and they have been used a lot since then. I ordered again, the answer came quickly and friendly. I can only recommend this company! Keep it up!
