Sie leben nicht was sie gelernt haben. Ihre Verhalten gegenüber Ihre Mitarbeitern ist nicht wertschätzend und sie sind eine eingespielte Haufen und die neue Mitarbeiterin/er wird gemobbt. Sie sind mit Mitarbeiter Führung überfordert und sie haben keine Respekt gegen über Ihre Mitarbeiter. eine Seite kann eine Büroassistentin eine festen Mitarbeiter beschimpfen und nicht gekündigt zu werden weil sie durch gewisse Kreise in Führungsposition unterstützt wird. Es sind Sozialpädagogen aber schaffen keine richtige Kommunikation mit Ihre Mitarbeitern. Sie haben keine Führungskompetenzen. Vereinbarungen mit Mitarbeitern werden nicht eingehalten. Führungsetage hat keinen Schema über Mitarbeiter Führung. L	Lari Meister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Grunde genommen eine gute Sache, nur das man objektiv an die Sache rangehen tut das glaube ich jetzt nicht wirklich, da der Auftraggeber oder Kunde das Jugendamt ist und man einen Sozialarbeiter serviert bekommt, der naturgemäß die Interessen des Jugendamtes vertritt und nicht der Eltern!! Unsere Sozialarbeiterin war mit dem Mitarbeiter des Jugendamtes jahrelang privat befreundet, und das ist nicht wirklich gut aus Sicht der Eltern!!!
