Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und flott...kann die angeblichen schlechten Erfahrungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen, ist ein echt nettes Team dort! Am Morgen Anfrage per Mail, das Mail kann eigentlich noch gar nicht dort gewesen sein, kam schon der Rückruf wegen Termin am Nachmittag... ich kam, sah und kaufte...mein Projekt "gebrochene Fliese" kann weiter eskalieren, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte...;) Danke nochmal und liebe Grüße nach St. Florian! Very rarely write recessions, but here it is a real need for me due to the allegedly bad experience ... Very friendly, uncomplicated and fast ... absolutely cannot understand the alleged bad experiences, is a really nice team there! In the morning request by e-mail, the e-mail cannot actually have been there yet, the call back came for an appointment in the afternoon ... Sehr schöne Steine, keine Bruchplatten - auch der Preis stimmt! Absolut empfehlenswert! Great service - from advice to delivery! We bought a total of 140m² travertine terrace slabs and installation material for our pool project. Very nice stones, no broken plates - the price is right too! Highly Recommended!

Es steht Nirgends dass man keine Fotos machen darf und sobald man eine macht wird man man sofort Beschimpft und vom Gelände verwiesen. Meistens ist es eine Dame die dort Arbeitet! Schade hätte 100 m² Travertine platten gekauft. Good prices but very rude staff. It says nowhere that you are not allowed to take photos and as soon as you take one you are immediately insulted and expelled from the site. Most of the time it is a lady who works there! A shame would have bought 100 m² of travertine slabs.

Die Lieferung war zwar ein wenig teuer, aber statt der üblichen 5-10%Bruch war bei 30qm kein einziger Stein kaputt ! ich schreibe nur selten Rezensionen, hier ist es mir aber ein Bedürfnis! Great prices, the quality of the travertine Tuscany for the price absolutely top. Uncomplicated and very nice staff; Packaging and delivery great. The delivery was a little expensive, but instead of the usual 5-10% breakage, not a single stone was broken at 30 square meters! I rarely write reviews, but here I need it!

Herr Niederhuber und seine Frau sind wirklich daran interessiert, die Projekte bestmöglich zu betreuen. Selbst dann, wenn man - wie wir - ein bisserl zu wenig Steine bestellt, wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Würde ich Steindiscount empfehlen? Uneingeschränkt! Toller Betrieb, gute Ware, nette und hilfsbereite Menschen We are completely satisfied. On the one hand, the price-performance ratio is great. On the other hand, the team is really great. Mr. Niederhuber and his wife are really interested in looking after the projects in the best possible way. Even if you - like us - order a little too few stones, a solution has been found. Meine Empfehlung für andere Kunden: unbedingt Vorort Termin buchen, Beratungen am Telefon ohne Besichtigung sind meiner Einschätzung nach nicht zielführend. In unserem Fall haben wir mehrmals besichtigt und wurden stets sehr gut beraten. Bezahlung erfolgt unmittelbar vor Lieferung. Alles in Allem zum Weiterempfehlen., Qualität unserer Ware sehr gut. Nachtrag: nein, wir haben keine Vergünstigung für diese Rezension erhalten Rating by Steindiscount: Receive a consultation appointment very quickly, even in times of Covid. My recommendation for other customers: Make sure to book an appointment on site, consultations on the phone without a viewing are, in my opinion, not expedient. In our case, we have visited several times and have always received very good advice. Payment is made immediately before delivery. Er ist wie auf den Fotos, wir sind begeistert. Wir hatten nicht einmal eine Platte gebrochen bei 70m². Wir brauchen noch Mauersteine in Travertin und werden nochmal bestellen. Wir sind zufrieden. Very nice advice, uncomplicated delivery, the driver very polite. We took the Travertine Milano without looking at it on site. It is like in the photos, we are thrilled. We didn't even break a panel at 70m². We still need travertine bricks and will order again. We are satisfied.
