★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war selber lange Kunde bei dieser Filiale aber nach einem Personal Wechsel ist es bei dieser Filiale einfach nur mehr furchtbar Personal vergreift sich sehr am Ton u d ist nicht wirklich kompetent.
I was a long time customer at this branch, but after a change of staff it is simply more terrible at this branch. Personnel is very wrong and the tone is not really competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr inkompetente Mitarbeiter. Nach gefühlten hundert Mal um Rückruf gebeten, die Herrschaften haben es in !4 Wochen! nicht geschafft, mich zurück zu Rufen. Würde jedem abraten von dieser Bank. Für mich steht definitiv ein Bankwechsel fest!!
Very incompetent staff. After what felt like a hundred times asking for a call back, the gentlemen got it in 4 weeks! failed to call me back. I would advise everyone against this bank. I'm definitely going to change banks!
