★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to stop by near the end of the Grossglockner High Alpine road. Stunning views when the weather is clear. A lot of nice mountain flowers around the lake (we visited the place in the summer at the beginning ofJuly). Definitely recommend to stay there for a few moments or hike around a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spot is amazing. If you are lucky to get there while the water is calm, you will see the most incredible reflections. Note that the spot is easy to miss while driving the narrow Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße. A small associated parking spot is located in a sharp turn.
A highly recommended stop, though.
