T	Tommy L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Staufen war ich mit meiner Tochter, in dem wir erst den Karren hoch gewandert sind. Uns überkam erst noch ein kurzes aber heftiges Unwetter/Gewitter. Doch konnten wir als es vorbei Zug unsere Tour weiter führen. Die Wege führten über Kies und Wald wegen bis hoch. Es lohnt sich. Auch das Panorama bis hoch war klasse. Landschaft pur. Meine Tochter war auch hin und weg. At the Staufen I was with my daughter, in which we first wandered the cart. Only a short but heavy storm / thunderstorm came over us. But we were able to continue our tour as train. The paths led upwards over gravel and forest. It is worth it .. Also the panorama up to high was great. Pure landscape. My daughter was blown too.

Für die Wanderung von der Karren-Talstation zum Gipfelkreuz und wieder retour, sollte man auf jeden Fall 3-4 Stunden einplanen. Wer sich die komplette Wanderung nicht zutraut, hat die Möglichkeit die Karrenbahn zu benutzen, was die Route in etwa halbiert. Am Gipfel, auf 1465 Meter angekommen, hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über den Bodensee und das ganze Rheintal. Am Gipfelkreuz besteht die Möglichkeit sich im Gipfelbuch zu verewigen. A trip on the Staufen really has it all. For the hike from the cart valley station to the summit cross and back again, you should definitely plan 3-4 hours. If you don't dare to do the entire hike, you have the option of using the cart, which roughly halves the route. Once at the summit, at 1465 meters, you have a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the entire Rhine Valley. At the summit cross there is the possibility to immortalize yourself in the summit book.
