Nachdem meine elektrischen Raffstore sich aufgrund eines defekten Motors nicht mehr öffnen lassen, sitzt die ganze Familie buchstäblich im Dunkeln. Das Service am Telefon war äußerst unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Einen raschen Termin zur Lösung dieses Problems gibt es nicht. Ich bin von der Qualität des Service und vom Umgang mit langjährigen, guten Kunden sehr enttäuscht.
As a long-standing customer, I am basically very satisfied with the Starmann company. After my electric venetian blinds can no longer be opened due to a defective motor, the whole family is literally sitting in the dark. The service on the phone was extremely unfriendly and disinterested. There is no quick appointment to solve this problem. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and the way I have dealt with longstanding, good customers.
