★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit Starbucks, you know what you get coffee-wise, I don't think that needs to be included in this review.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Didn't encounter one that is unfriendly, so a big plus there. The shop is always clean, never seen anything to complain there.
One star removed because I personally don't like the interior after the renovation some time ago. I can see how more people can fit in now but it got kind of a sterile ambiente now in comparison to the living room charme it had before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a matcha latte at this location this morning, and ordered it with soy milk as I am lactose intolerant. I was surprised at how quickly I got my drink, since soy milk usually has to be steamed separately, but I didn't think much of it. It at first tasted like soy milk, but by the time I got towards the bottom, it started tasting more like regular cow milk. I believe the barista mixed the two milks to avoid having to steam more soy milk for my beverage. I immediately suffered the consequences (anyone who suffers lactose intolerance knows what I mean). Needless to say, I won't be going back to this Starbucks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was all right for a little break during our shopping trip, as well as to satisfy our teenage girls. Busy place and standard Starbucks drinks, coffee wasn't the best for the European standard in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there are lots of people there the baristas stay cool. The coffee is insanely good, just like in other Starbucks coffeeshops. In addition the personnel was extremely friendly and even helped my grandma to order (she had some troubles in the beginning)
