Fast ein kleiner Feinkostladen mit fairen Preisen. One of the last real butchers in Vienna. There are 3 different warm menus every day. In addition to the conventional meat, there is seasonal fresh game. Almost a small deli with fair prices.

Alle Produkte kann man sich auch einschweißen lassen und das Fleisch sowie die Wurstwaren sind sehr frisch gut gelagert und werden professionell aufgeschnitten. Auch die warmen Speisen zum abholen sind ein Traum! I am really very excited about this butcher shop! The service is very competent, helpful and friendly. All products can also be shrink-wrapped and the meat and sausages are stored very fresh and are professionally sliced. The warm dishes to pick up are also a dream!

Exzellente Qualität, extrem sauber, man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben und beraten. Erstklassige Mittagsmenüs! Habe noch niemals ein unfreundliches Wort dort gehört. Kenne das Geschäft schon seit etwa 50 Jahren, da war noch der Vater am Werk. Nachtrag am 31.1.2022: Seit Beginn der Pandemie oder kurz nach Beginn sind die Menüs um EUR 1,- teurer geworden, was in etwa 12,5 bis 14% entspricht. 7,90 für Pasta asciutta oder Schinkenfleckerln, ohne Suppe, finde ich an und für sich schon nicht ganz billig dafür, dass man in einem Fleischhauerladen sitzt bzw. das Essen mit nach Hause nimmt, in einem Restaurant zahlt man für ein Menü etwas mehr, hat aber Suppe dabei und ein schönes Ambiente. Ich bleibe dabei, dass Qualität seinen Preis hat, aber 10dag Käsewurst für EUR 4,29, das grenzt für mich an Raub. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Lokal betreten. Diese Phantasiepreise gelten übrigens für ziemlich alle Waren bei Stanzl. A family run business with long standing, friendly, capable staff who treat their customers like family. Excellent quality, extremely clean, you feel comfortable and in good hands and advised. First class lunch menus! Never heard an unfriendly word there. I've known the business for about 50 years, when my father was still at work. Addendum on January 31, 2022: Since the beginning of the pandemic or shortly after the beginning, the menus have become EUR 1 more expensive, which corresponds to around 12.5 to 14%. 7.90 for pasta asciutta or Schinkenfleckerln, without soup, I don't think that's cheap for sitting in a butcher's shop or taking the food home with you, in a restaurant you pay a little more for a menu, but has soup and a nice ambience. I maintain that quality has its price, but 10 days of cheese sausage for EUR 4.29, that borders on robbery for me. I will never enter this restaurant again. Incidentally, these fantastic prices apply to pretty much all goods at Stanzl.

Wollte heute für ein älteres Ehepaar Schweinefilet für 2 Portionen einkaufen, weil die einfach nicht mehr brauchen. Leider kann man nur ein ganzes Filet erwerben. Schade, kaufe grundsätzlich nur beim lokalen Händler, aber so wird das nix. Ob man auch eine ganze Stange Extrawurst kaufen muss? Eine andere im Nahbereich gelegene Fleischerei hat dann den Wunsch erfüllen können. In itself nice service, but severe disappointment because of the inflexibility. Today I wanted to buy two servings of pork tenderloin for an elderly couple, because they just don't need them anymore. Unfortunately, you can only buy a whole fillet. It's a shame, basically only buy from the local dealer, but it doesn't work that way. Do you have to buy a whole stack of extra sausage? Another butcher shop in the vicinity was able to fulfill the request.
