Ein Vergnügen hier zu musizieren. Ein Dank auch an den hilfsbereiten Herrn Pfarrer! I had the honor together with the organist Bernhard Prammer to give a concert in this beautiful church. The acoustics are incredibly good. A pleasure to play here. Thanks also to the helpful pastor!

Die Altäre sind nicht drückend, sondern attraktive Farb- und Bezugspunkte in dem sonst weiss gehaltenen lichtdurchfluteten Raum. Der Besucher der aus der engen Pfarrgasse kommt wird in dem Raum ins Weite geführt. Sieht man von dem unansehnlichen Turm aus den sechziger.Jahren einmal ab ( wo war da die Ortsbildschutzkommission?) ist sie eine der schönsten Kirchen des Bundeslandes Salzburg, die noch dazu nach dem Dom das schönste Geläut und eine wunderbar romantische Orgel besitzt. The church impresses with a wonderful sense of space. The altars are not oppressive, but attractive color and reference points in the otherwise white light-flooded room. The visitor who comes from the narrow Pfarrgasse is led into space in the room. If one looks away from the unsightly tower from the sixties, (where was the site protection commission?) It is one of the most beautiful churches in the province of Salzburg, which still has the most beautiful ringing and a wonderfully romantic organ after the cathedral.

M	Miljan Lečić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he crowning glory of a walking tour through the historical quarter of Hallein brings you to the "Church District". This is dominated by Hallein parish church, which is consecrated to Saints Anthony and Hieronymus. The Romanesque church tower, which was destroyed in 1945, was replaced by a modern one 20 years later. Whilst the original town parish church only had wooden altars, visitors can now marvel at nine magnificent altars made of marble. Built right off the Dechant Hof is late-Gothic St. Peter's Chapel, still in use today for christenings. St. Barbara's Chapel, a baroque chapel for the dead with beautiful rococo ironwork built in 1777, serves today as a memorial for the war dead.
