★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms , difficult acces, in a middle of pietonal area, car must be parked far away. Two nice restaurants near. Enteance and reception at second floor, rooms at third and fourth floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to the Mader right next door, but a few differences that make the difference, at least in my book.
1. Breakfast is better at the Mader, more choices
2. There is a bar/cafe inside the courtyard, the cigarette smoke can be smelled all over he place on the way from the reception to your room
3. There is no restaurant directly attached to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, thick medieval walls like the whole city. Except for the walls between the rooms, which are paper thin, so your snoring neighbour's keep you awake all night. Breakfast was from the day before yesterday. Everything else pretty much standard for the price, but not an inch more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the center, near all restaurants, shops and coffee shops. The center is beautiful. The room was comfortable and huge and the guys at the reception were very nice and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and surroundings. Loved the service in the Level Lounge. From booking to checking out, the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. Very comfortable immaculate room, spacious, quiet and well presented. Overall, the staff made our visit memorable, going above and beyond, so hospitable. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
