★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Grunde okay. Man findet das ein oder andere. Nur das Personal finde ich etwas speziell. Ich nehme an, dass das dem Umstand geschuldet ist, dass hier vermutlich auch Menschen mit Handicap von der Stadtgemeinde eingesetzt werden. Das ist begrüßenswert! Nur nicht jedem ist sein Besonderheit sofort anzusehen.
Der ein oder andere Besucher ist eventuell verwundert wenn diese Person im Kundenkontakt dann trotz eigener Freundlichkeit etwas barsch und unfreundlich reagiert. Man sollte vielleicht in der Bibliothek darauf hinweisen, dass eben auch besondere Mitarbeiter hier arbeiten.
 Basically okay. One finds one or the other. Only the staff I find something special. I suppose that is due to the fact that people with handicaps are probably also used by the municipality here. That is welcome! Only not everyone can see his special feature immediately.
The one or other visitors may be surprised if this person in the customer contact then despite his own friendliness a bit harsh and unfriendly. You should perhaps point out in the library, that just special employees work here.
