Nachdem ihr gesagt wurde, dass sie ein neues Uhrwerk für 45 Euro benötigt, hab ich die Uhr abgeholt, die Batterie getauscht und alles läuft einwandfrei.
Ich hab für vieles Verständnis aber alte Leute bescheißen gehört nicht dazu.
My grandmother brought her old watch to this store for a battery change.
After she was told that she needed a new movement for 45 euros, I picked up the watch, replaced the battery and everything worked fine.
I understand a lot of things, but shitting old people is not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten bei einer Uhr nur das Band auswechseln lassen, aber als es nach einer Woche noch nicht fertig war, hieß es, dass sie das komplette Uhrwerk wechseln müssen. Insgesamt hat’s einen Monat gedauert und viel mehr gekostet als es nutzen bringt. Nicht zum Weiterempfehlen!!
For a clock, just want to change the tape, but when it was not finished after a week, it was said that they have to change the entire movement. Overall, it took a month and cost much more than it brings benefits. Not to be recommended !!
