★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the parking location is in the heart of the city centre Stephansplatz, but the process of parking and getting out the car is lengthy and take some time. The parking is automated by a robot who will take the car to some empty location and then get the car back.

And I had to pay for the person to come and fix it.

Personnel- negative reaction,nobody interested in your problem.
