Die sehen mich nie wieder, gibt ja Gott sei Dank sehr viele andere Apotheken in Klagenfurt. Clearly the most rude and worst pharmacy in Klagenfurt. I've rarely seen anything like it. They never see me again, thank God there are many other pharmacies in Klagenfurt.

Aber man spürt, dass die Mitarbeiter definitiv ihren Job nicht allzu gern haben. (Ich war sonst in 5 weiteren Apotheken in Klagenfurt, ich kann mich also doch auf ein paar Vergleiche berufen). Wenn man weiß was man braucht und einfach nur fix seine Sachen haben will - ok. Wenn man sich gut aufgehoben fühlen will - weniger ok. So far, I have been given medication, which I needed. There was also some advice .. But you can feel that the employees definitely do not like their job too much. (I used to be in 5 other pharmacies in Klagenfurt, so I can rely on a few comparisons). If you know what you need and just want to have fix things - ok. If you want to feel in good hands - less ok.

Informationen am Telefon durchgegeben, der Test dauerte am vereinbarten Termin keine 5 Minuten, Ergebnis in kürzester Zeit übermittelt bekommen - absolut vorbildlich. I did a quick Covid test here, extremely well organized - very friendly and brisk. Information passed on on the phone, the test took less than 5 minutes on the agreed date, the result was transmitted in the shortest possible time - absolutely exemplary.

Ich schau dass ich schnell wieder raus komme. Unhöfliche oder wenig motivierte Mitarbeiter. Keine Ahnung an was es liegt. Dinge die in anderen Apotheken einfach von der Hand gehen stellen hier immer ein Problem dar. Certainly the most rude pharmacy in all of Klagenfurt. I've tried a few times with the same result every time. I see that I can get out quickly. Rude or poorly motivated employees. I don't know what it is. Things that are easy to do in other pharmacies are always a problem here.

All employees are very friendly / helpful / competent / not intrusive ... I feel very comfortable and am happy to be a customer there! ??

Ich rate jedem von dieser Apotheke ab ! Vorallem zwei Mitarbeiter waren besonders unhöflich und respektlos ! Nie wieder gehe ich dort hin !!!! The rudest pharmacy in all of Klagenfurt! Most of the staff at this pharmacy treat you very disrespectfully and are very rude! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone! Especially two employees were particularly rude and disrespectful! I will never go there again!!!!
