Oder lag es daran, dass ich kein umsatzstarker Kunde war? Informationen im Onlineshop zu Ersatztinten für Drucker sind teilweise nicht richtig aufgeführt. Den Hinweis, dass diese möglicherweise nicht für den Drucker funktionieren bekommt man ausschließlich bei telefonischer Nachfrage. Das muss man aber wissen, denn eine Information dazu gibt es nicht. Eine Rückabwicklung, oder Kulanz erbittet man vergeblich. Ebenso ist, für normalsterbliche Onlineshoper, eine Retoure etwas umständlicher als bei den meisten mir bekannten Onlineshops und man bekommt auch nicht das Geld zurücküberwiesen, sondern eine Gutschrift im Onlineshop. Jedoch müsste man sich wahrscheinlich die AGB genauer durchlesen um das zu wissen, denn eine einfache, verständliche Nachricht dazu bekommt man nicht. Die Rücküberweisung auf das eigene Konto erfordert einen schriftlichen Antrag, aber auch das muss man erst mühsam am Telefon erfragen. Zumindest die Telefonauskunft war freundlich, nur muss man wirklich alle Informationen gesondert erfragen. S	STefan Greiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung, schlechtester Service und Shop überhaupt, man kauft ein Produkt zwischenzeitlich erfährt man nur nach nachfragen dass sich die Lieferzeiten ums x-fache verlängert haben, mit der Bitte um rückzahlung des Betrages, keine Kommunikation per Mail mehr möglich, Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet, so nicht !!!!! nie wieder !!!!! Attention, worst service and shop ever, you buy a product in the meantime, you only find out after asking that the delivery times have been extended x-fold, with the request for a refund of the amount, communication by email is no longer possible, lawyer involved, so not! !!!! never again !!!!!
